Get to Know Me

With Mexican heritage and born in the USA, I spend part of my childhood admiring the city of Chicago with its amazing combination of old, and modern buildings until my parents decided to move us to San Luis Potosi, Mexico; a city of colonial architectural buildings with more than 400 years of history. Little that I knew that all these wonderful environments were going to give me the ability to appreciate all types of real estate properties. Therefore, I grew up in Mexico to embrace my roots, and learn about my culture, customs, traditions, and lifestyles, which I had the opportunity to live.
 
I studied at the “Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi” and graduated from Law School, however, while I was studying I realized that being a lawyer was not for me, and having to manipulate the truth in order to be successful didn't make me feel right. It was not until a friend invited me to work with him in the real estate field that I realized this profession was my passion! A few years later y founded my own real estate firm in Mexico, along with the love of my life who I married and have 4 kids. This firm gave us the opportunity to handle property management, work with investors, buyers, and sellers as well as help strong corporations such as Valeo, Cummins, Continental, and Bosh, in Relocating their national and international employees. It was a successful company that was open for several years.
Later, as a family, we decided to challenge ourselves to a new adventure and moved to Austin TX in 2011 to continue working in Real Estate ever since and opened my own brokerage. 
 
Working in Mexico and in the USA as a real estate broker for 16 plus years, I know very well how the real estate process can seem "complicated" for many, I know firsthand how it works and I surely can understand any buyer or seller who is relocating either in the same town, state or even to another country. With my background, and my dual culture, I believe that I have people skills, I know from my own experience the feeling of starting an important project and not knowing whom to turn to for important decisions, such as the search for housing, choosing the right neighborhood, and all that it implies in settling into a new life, I also know how to negotiate the best deal for your real estate investments and how to obtain smooth and successful closings, and most importantly, I am willing to take you by the hand to walk you through the entire process and do all that it takes, to get it done.
